Makes 6 to 8 pancakes
These Mini Chip Snowball Cookies will add an attractive contrast to any holiday or special occasion cookie selection with their round shape and powdered sugar coating.
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil, plus extra for griddle
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Peppermint Hot Cocoa Morsels & More
1.Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Combine milk, eggs, vegetable oil and sugar in medium bowl; add to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened; batter may be lumpy.
2.Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat; brush lightly with vegetable oil. Pour approximately 1/2 cup of batter onto hot griddle; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Morsels & More mixture. Cook until bubbles begin to burst. Flip and cook about 1 minute longer or until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
3.Top with optional whipped cream and chocolate or maple syrup; sprinkle with additional Morsels & More, if desired.
