Takes peanut butter to a whole new level…
Baking Spray with Flour
1 cup WHITE LILY Enriched Bleached All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1.HEAT oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with flour no-stick cooking spray.
2.COMBINE flour, baking powder, and salt in small bowl; set aside.
3.HEAT peanut butter and butter in medium saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
4.ADD flour mixture; stir just until combined. Spread batter in prepared pan.
5.BAKE 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack; cut into bars.
