Reindeer Cupcakes

Makes 24 cupcakes

 

These reindeers are ready for Christmas Eve…easy and fun for the kiddos to decorate.

INGREDIENTS

1 package PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Devil’s Food Cake Mix

1 Tub PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Red Peanut M&M’S

Candy eyeballs

Melted chocolate

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Prepare cupcakes according to box instructions, let cool completely.

2.Place chocolate frosting into a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.

3.Pipe a large dollop of frosting on to top of cooled cupcake. Tap the cupcake to smooth the top and help to spread the frosting a bit. Use a knife to smooth the top if needed.

4.Melt chocolate and add to a small disposable piping bag, snip off only the tip to create a small opening.

5.Place a sheet of wax paper onto a plate or clean baking sheet, pipe small chocolate antlers onto wax paper. Let cool completely then gently peel off.

6.Add a red M&M to the center of the frosting for the nose along with candy eyeballs and chocolate antlers.
