Pumpkin Spice and Chia Seed Smoothie

This pumpkin spice smoothie can be dressed up in the spookiest glass to make it perfect for any Halloween party or get-together.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup soy milk or rice milk

1/2 banana

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 cup yogurt – suggest vanilla honey yogurt

2 tablespoons ARROWHEAD MILLS Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Pinch of ground ginger

1-2 tablespoons honey

Large handful of ice

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend until well combined.

2.Serve and enjoy.

TIP: Swap out the yogurt for vanilla ice cream for a relatively healthy dessert smoothie!
