Makes about 4 dozen cookies
Made with NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Peppermint Truffles, this delicious cookies are sure make your frosty and festive season bright.
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 2/3 cups (9 ounce package) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Peppermint Truffles
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set Aside.
3.In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
3.Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4.Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5.Stir in Peppermint Truffles.
6.Drop by rounded tablespoon onto uncreased baking sheets.
7.Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove and place on wire racks to cool completely.
