Mint Chocolate Chip Pretzels

These festive little treats are easy to make and impossible to put down. Plus, they’re made with gluten-free GLUTINO pretzels…enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

1 bag (14.1 oz each) GLUTINO Pretzel Twists
1 pkg (11 oz each) white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
3 drops green food coloring
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate morsels

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Pour white chocolate chips into microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds. Stir and continue microwaving in 15 second increments until melted, stirring each time. Stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts and food coloring.

2.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip pretzels halfway into the chocolate and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle chocolate chips over pretzels. Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden. Enjoy!
