Holiday Eggnog Cupcakes

Makes 24 cupcakes

 

These cupcakes offer up the flavor of the holidays when you add your favorite non-alcoholic eggnog to the batter. Go traditional or opt for a dairy-free eggnog, such as almond or coconut.

INGREDIENTS

1 package PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Holiday Cake Mix

1 cup purchased prepared non-alcoholic eggnog

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

1 to 2 containers PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Holiday Vanilla Flavored Frosting

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 muffin cup with paper baking cups. Beat cake mix, eggnog, oil, and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Divide evenly into prepare muffin cups.

2.Bake 19 to 24 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.

3.Frost cupcakes as desired. Sprinkle immediately with candy bits from frosting.
