1/4 cup quick or old-fashioned oats
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 medium banana, sliced
1 cup ice cubes
2/3 cup dry NESTLÉ CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
2/3 cup apple juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1.Place oats and walnuts in blender; cover. Blend until finely ground. Add banana, ice, dry milk, apple juice, and cinnamon; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
