This warm-weather treat is, also, perfect for a chilly holiday evening.
1/3 cup reduced fat (2%) milk
3 envelopes (1.38 oz each) SWISS MISS Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
2 cups vanilla ice cream
REDDI-WIP Original Dairy Whipped Topping
Chocolate syrup, optional
1.Heat milk in glass measure in microwave on HIGH 20 seconds, or until warm. Stir in cocoa mix until blended.
2.Pour cocoa and ice cream into blender container; blend until smooth. Add REDDI-WIP to bottom of serving glasses. Pour chocolate syrup around the rim of the glass, if desired. Pour frozen hot chocolate on top of REDDI-WIP and then top frozen hot chocolate with more REDDI-WIP.
