Chocolate Dipped Pumpkin Cookies

Chocolate-dipped pumpkin delectables!

INGREDIENTS

PUMPKIN COOKIE INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY Perfectly Pumpkin Cookie Mix

1 stick unsalted butter

1 egg

1/4 cup PILLSBURY Best All Purpose Flour

 

CHOCOLATE DIPPED PUMPKIN COOKIE INGREDIENTS

PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Cream Cheese Flavored Frosting

1 cup melted chocolate

1/4 cup fall sprinkles

 

DIRECTIONS

FOR THE PUMPKIN COOKIES

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine PILLSBURY Perfectly Pumpkin Cookie Mix, butter, egg, and PILLSBURY Best All Purpose Flour until incorporated.

3.Form dough into individual tablespoon sized balls, place 2 inches apart onto baking sheet and press flat.

4.Bake cookies for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.

 

FOR THE CHOCOLATE DIPPED PUMPKIN COOKIES

1.In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in the microwave in 10 second intervals and stir. Continue until melted.

2.After the cookies have cooled, dip each halfway into the bowl of melted chocolate, shake off any excess chocolate.

3.Place on cookie sheet to cool and harden.

4.Place PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Cream Cheese Flavored Frosting in a piping bag or plastic bag with corner tip cut. Using a back and forth motion, drizzle frosting onto cookies and sprinkle with fall inspired sprinkles.
